Jenny Herzog
Jenny is supported by her husband Tim and has two grown sons, Jake and Spencer, as well as two dogs, Bailey and Murphy. After a 30-year career at Freddie Mac, Jenny co-founded Dovetail Collective with her brother. Since 1992, she has served in various leadership roles at New Hope Church and has partnered with Hope 4 Kids International, making 14 mission trips to Uganda. Jenny was honored as the 2018 Hope 4 Kids Sponsor of the Year for helping over 200 children get sponsored. She enjoys watching movies and spending time with her family. Jenny is passionate about Dovetail Collective and is committed to making a positive impact on lives, inspiring others to do the same.

Robyn Johnson
Robyn has been married for over three decades years and is the proud mother of three grown children and four grandchildren. She has dedicated over three decades of her career to Freddie Mac. Robyn’s extensive community involvement includes serving with CASA CIS, the Manassas City Department of Social Services, the Osbourn Alumni Association, and the Prince William County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Recognized as the City of Manassas Outstanding Volunteer for 2023, Robyn brings a wealth of experience and passion for service. In her free time, she enjoys CrossFit races and watching sports. Robyn is excited about Dovetail Collective as it aligns with her commitment to mentoring and providing volunteer opportunities through Delta GEMS, a mentoring group for high school girls.

Tania Muskett
Tania has been married to her husband Mike for over three decades and is the mother of five adulting children- three sons and two daughters. She has served Fairfax County Public Schools as a Family Liaison at Lorton Station Elementary School since 2009. Tania’s career began as a high school English teacher, later transitioning to roles with the Arthritis Foundation and the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Her dedication to supporting children and families continued as a stay-at-home mom and volunteer Event Coordinator. Recently named Outstanding Operational Employee for three consecutive years, Tania finds joy in spending time with her family, gardening, and reading. She is enthusiastic about her role in Dovetail Collective, where she aims to help strengthen families by providing essential support and resources.

Susan Salvucci
Susan lives with her husband Doug, her bonus daughter Layla, and two rescue Chihuahuas. She also has two grown children, Matt and Katie, and an adorable granddaughter, Fifi. Susan works with homeless families and tutors students with reading difficulties. She has served on the LCAC Board and has a history of volunteering to help families in need. Susan’s love for spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter, fuels her passion for service. She is excited about Dovetail Collective because it allows her to continue her mission of helping others in the community.

David Schleyer
David is blessed with his wife Stephanie and five adult children, as well as a French Bulldog. After two decades at New Hope Church and the Silo Center, David returned to the secular world as a Digital Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton. He continues to serve in his church’s Children’s Ministry and coaches recreational tackle football. David also participates in most outreach and serving events at New Hope Church. A lover of coaching, music, sports, and crime documentaries, David is excited about Dovetail Collective’s mission to bring people together to help others, spreading the desire for community service.

David Straightiff
David is married to his wonderful wife Courtney and has two amazing daughters, Lily and Emma. He is a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones and has served on the Men’s Ministry Team and Finance Team at New Hope Church. While his children once gave him a “world’s best dad” t-shirt, David was also recently named to the Forbes Best In State Wealth Advisors in Virginia list. A lover of all activities with his children, especially golf, David is thrilled to be part of Dovetail Collective. He appreciates the opportunity it provides for his young children to actively serve the community, fulfilling a long-standing family goal.
